颈椎前路减压植骨融合内固定术治疗单节段颈椎病的疗效分析

目的：探讨分别应用稚问融合器＋骨粉、椎间融合器＋自体骨、自体髂骨三种稚间植骨方法复合颈椎前路钛板治疗单节段颈椎病的疗效。方法：对58例单节段颈椎病患者分别行颈前路减压、植骨融合复合颈椎前路钛板内固定术，其中植骨材料使用椎闯融合器＋骨粉（A组）19例、椎间融合器＋自体骨（B组）28例、自体髂骨（C组）11例，平均随访10个月（8～17个月）。结果：术后6个月时颈椎侧位片显示均获得骨性融合。结论：应用颈椎前路减压植骨融合内固定术可以提高植骨融合率，维持生理曲度及椎间高度，减少并发症。

Analysis on therapeutic effect of anterior cervical decompression bone grafting interbody fusion titanium plate fixation for simple level cervical spondylotic myelopathy

Objective ：To discuss the therapeutic effect of anterior cervical titanium plate fixation with 3 defferent cervical interbody fusions for simple level cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods：58 patients of simple level cervical spondylotie myelopathy were operated in the same method of anterior cervical titanium plate fixation but different method of anterior cervical fusion.These 58 patients were followed-up for mean of 10 months （8-17 months）,in which 19 patients were operated with anterior cervical interbody fusion and manmade bone powder （team A）,28 patients with anterior cervical interbody fusion and autogenous bone （Team B） and the rest patients with the fusion of autogenous iliae bone only（team C）.Results：Normal side and lateral position X ray confirmed that all the bone fused well together in the sixth month after operation. Conclusion：Anterior eervieal decompression bone grafting interbody fusion titanium plate fixation can stabilize anterior cervical instandy for simple level cervical spondylotie myelopathy, sustain the physiological curvature and height of intereervieal, increase the rate of bone grafting fusion and decrease the complication.
