| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨女性膀胱颈梗IN（FBNO）的诊断和治疗。方法：对26例FBNO患者行超声、膀胱尿道镜检查及尿流动力学检查，6例行保守治疗，20例行经尿道膀胱颈电切术（TURBn）。结果：26例经治疗后排尿通畅，无明显残余尿量，效果满意，术后未发生并发症。结论：超声、膀胱尿道镜检查结合尿动力学检查是FBNO的可靠诊断手段。TURBn是治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的首选术式。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of female bladder neck obstruction.Methods：26 eases of female bladder neck obstruction were employed in our study. All patients were examined by ultrasonics, cystourethroseopy and accepted exami- nation of urodynametry.Transurethral resection of bladder neck was performed on 20 cases.The other 6 cases were treated with conserva- tive management.Results：The therapeutic efficacy was satisfactory in all cases, and no complications were found after operation.Conelu- sion：Utrasonic examination ,cystourethroscopy and urodynametry are reliable diagnostic methods.Transurethral resection of bladder neck is an effective surgical method. |
