| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肠外瘘的外科治疗疗效。方法：回顾性分析近8年收治的11例肠外瘘病人的临床资料。结果：9例经非手术治疗治愈，l例经手术治疗治愈，死亡1例。结论：非手术治疗在肠外瘘治疗中占主导作用，强调控制感染、加强营养支持、联合应用生长抑素。随着全肠外、肠内营养支持的完善，生长抑素应用于临床，肠外瘘早期手术成为可能。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To discuss the clinical experience of intestinal fistula and its surgical procedures.Methods ：The clinical data of 11 patients with intestinal fistula from 2000 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Nine eases were cured with nonoperation. One case was cured with operation. Two csaes died. Conclusion：Nonoperation plays a dominative role in the treatmnet of intestinal fistu- la.The control of infection, nutrition support and the combination use of somatostatin are emphasized.With the application of interal and parenteral nutrition and somatostatin clinically, the intestinal fistula could be cured with early operation |
