新疆布尔津县哈萨克族糖尿病和高血压流行病学调查研究

目的：调查新疆布尔津县哈萨克族2型糖尿病（T2DM）和高血压（HP）的患病率，为T2DM和HP的预防提供依据。方法：采用随机抽样的调查方法对新疆布尔津县1766例哈萨克族居TT2DM和HP的患病情况进行分析。结果：1766例中T2DM检出率为1．81％，糖耐量异常（IGT）检出率为1．42％，空腹血糖受损（IFG）检出率为0．91％；三组的年龄、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、体重指数（BMI）、腰围，身高比值（WHtR）、总胆固醇（TC）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA—IR）均高于正常糖耐量组（NGT），差异均有显著性。HP检出率为38．05％，高血压人群的年龄、BMI、WHtR、空腹血糖、TC、TG、HDL、LDL、HOMA—IR均高于血压正常人群，差异有显著性。结论：应对当地居民加强健康教育，提倡合理的饮食结构，控制血糖和血压。关注身体健康。

Epidemiology study on diabetes mellitus and hypertension of Kazak population in Buerjin county in Xinjiang

Objective ：To investigate the prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） and hypertension（HP） of Kazak population in Buerjin county in Xinjiang so as to provide evidence for taking corresponding prevention measures to T2DM and HP. Methods：On the basis of the epidemiological survey of 1766 Kazak population,the T2DM and HP epidemiological trend was analyzed.Results：The prevalence rate of T2DM, impaired glucose tolerance（IGT） and impaired fasting glucose（IFG） were 1.81%, 1.42% and 0.91%, respectively. Compared with normal glucose tolerance（NGT）, age.systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）, body mass index（BMI）, waist-height rato （WHtR）,total cholesterol （TC） ,HOMA-IR had a statistically significant difference in T2DM,IGT and IFG groups, respectively. The prevalence rate of HP was 38.05% and age,BMI,WHtR,FPG,TC,TG,HDL,LDL,HOMA-IR had a statistically significant difference with compared normal blood pressure group （P〈0.05）.Conelusion：The residents should enhance the healthy education, have good diet habit, control blood glucose and blood pressure, pay attention to their health.
