幽门螺杆菌致胃病患者血清胃蛋白酶原测定的临床价值

目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌感染的各种胃病患者血清胃蛋白酶原测定的临床意义。方法：选取幽门螺杆菌感染的浅表性胃炎53例、慢性萎缩性胃炎50例、胃溃疡40例、胃癌37例。正常对照组56例。应用透射免疫比浊法测定血清胃蛋白酶Ⅰ、Ⅱ（PGI、PGⅡ），ELISA方法检测血清幽门螺杆抗体。结果：浅表性胃炎患者与对照组比较血清PGI无明显差异（P〉0．05），血清PGⅡ显著上升（P〈0．05），慢性萎缩性胃炎和胃癌患者与对照组对比PGⅠ显著下降（P〈0．05），PGⅡ无明显差异（P〉0．05），胃溃疡患者血清PGⅠ，PGⅡ均显著上升（P〈0．05）。结论：血清胃蛋白酶原浓度可以作为诊断各种胃病的参考指标。

Clinical value of serum pepsinogen measure in various gastropathy patients infected by helicobactor pylori

Objective ：To explore serum pepsinogen level of various gastropathy patients infected by helicobactorpylori and its clinical value.Methods：To select 53 cases of chronic superficial gastrtis with anti-HP antibody positive, 50 cases of chronic atrophic gastrtis with anti-HP antibody postive,37 cases of gastic cancer with anti-HP antibody postive,40 cases of peptic ulcer with anti-HP antibody postive and 56 healthy peoples.Pepsinogen level was detected with turbidimetry.Anti-HP antibody was detected with ELISA method.Resuits：There was no statistical difference of serum PGⅠ level between chronic superficial gastrfis cases and healthy peoples （P〉0.05）, PGⅡ level was significant increased in chronic superficial gastrtis cases （P〈0.05）, PGⅠ level was signiticant reduction in gastic cancer and chronic atrophic gastrtis cases （P〈0.05）, but PGⅡ level was no significant difference（P〉0.05）, PGⅠ and PGⅡ levels were both significant increased in peptic ulcer cases （P〈0.05）.Conlusion：The level of serum pepsinogen is a reference indication for diagnosis of various gastropathy.
