生脉注射液对梗阻性黄疸术后肾功能的影响观察

目的：探讨生脉注射液对梗阻性黄疸术后肾功能的保护作用。方法：将梗阻性黄疸患者及非黄疸的肝胆外科患者分成3组，术后给予一般治疗梗阻性黄疸组（OJ）、非黄疸组（Non-OJ）及生脉注射液防治梗阻性黄疸组，动态观察内毒素（LPS）、尿转铁蛋白（TFR）、尿白蛋白（ALB）及视黄醇（RBP）的变化。结果：生脉注射液防治组术后7天与术后1天相比，LPS、TFR、RBP、ALB明显下降，低于或接近术前水平，其中ALB与梗阻性黄疸组在术后7天相比差异有显著性。结论：生脉注射液对梗阻性黄疸患者术后内毒素有拮抗作用，从而减轻肾脏损伤，保护肾功能。

Effect of Shengmai Injection on renal function of post-operative patients with obstructive jaundice

Objective ：To investigate the effect of Shengmai Injection on renal function in obstructive jaundice （OJ）. Methods：The patients with obstructive jaundice were randomly divided into 2 groups. 15 cases of non-jaundiced patients were as another control group, according to preoperative arrangement. The plasma LPS and urine RBP,TFR,ALB were measured pre and post operative 1 d,4 d,7 d. Results：LPS and urine ALB level in the patients with intravenous Shengmai Injection was significantly decreased during post -operative 7 d,as compared with OJ group, and LPS, RBP,TFR,ALB level of Shengmai Injection group during post-operative 7 d obviously lowered as compared with the same group during post-operative 1 d. Conclusion：The post-operative use of Shengmai Injection might effectively decrease the postoperative level of plasma LPS ,RBP, TFR and ALB in the patients with obstructive jaundice. At the mean time, Shengmai Injection may improve renal function by inhibiting LPS.
