心脏与腹部探头联合应用在超声诊断布-加氏综合征中的临床意义

目的：探讨心脏与腹帮探头联合应用在布-加氏综合征中超声诊断的临床意义。方法：通过对25例布-加氏综合征患者分别采用常规腹部探头和心脏探头及二者联合检查后，回顾性分析总结超声声像图表现，并将联合检查法于单一检查法进行对比。结果：心脏探头检查与腹部探头检查二维图像上无明显差异，但因心脏探头特有优势，可与常规腹部探头互补。结论：心脏探头与常规腹部探头在诊断布-加氏综合征中联合应用，较单一探头检查法更有优越性，可以得到更为清晰、准确的超声图像，可提高对该病的诊断正确率。

Clinical significance of combined cardiac and abdominal probes in ultrasonic diagnosis of Budd-Chiaris syndrome

Objective ：To explore the combination heart and abdomen probes in the clinical significance of ultrasound diagnosis of Budd-Chiaris syndrome. Methods：25 cases of Budd-Chiaris syndrome were examined by conventional abdominal probe,cardiac probe and combined probes. To retrospectively analyse the performance of ultrasound images and compare the combined examination with single examination. Results：The heart and abdomen probes had no significant difference in two-dimensional images,but the heart probe with special abvantages could mutually complement with the conventional abdominal probe. Conclusion：To combinate heart and conventional abdominal probes in the diagnosis of Budd-Chiaris syndrome has more advantages and obtains more clear and precise ultrasonic images than single probe test,which increases the correct rate of ultrasound diagnosis of the disease.
