自发性气胸166例治疗体会

目的：探讨不同方法治疗各种类型自发性气胸的疗效对比。方法：我院1997～2007年共收治自发性气胸166例，其中单纯型44例，交通型54例，高压型68例。以不同方法治疗，观察其疗效对比。结果：治疗中采取胸腔穿刺抽气64例，肺复张平均时间9天；胸腔闭式引流76例，肺复张平均时间8天；自行自主吸收26例，肺复张平均时间10天。结论：快速明确自发性气胸类型和选择适当的排气方式是治疗的关键，高压型气胸临床多见，应首选闭式引流。

Clinical investigation of 166 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax

Objective：To analyze the types of spontaneous pneumothorax in clinic and to study the effect of different treatment methods. Methods ：166 patients in our hospital from 1997 to 2007,including simple type （44 cases）, communicating type （54 cases） and high pressure type（68 cases）.The different treatment methods were adopted and the effect were compared. Results ：There were 64 cases of thoraeentesis,the average lung recruitment time was 9 d;thoracic close drainage 76 case,the average lung recruitment time 8 d; spontaneous absorption 26 cases,the average lung recruitment time 10 d.Conelusion：The key of treatment is to identify the type of pneumothorax quickly and select the proper mode of aerofluxus. High pressure pneumothorax is common in clinic and the thoracic close drainage is the proper cure mode.
