| 摘 要： | 目的：总结34例肠结核患者误诊原因。方法：回顾性分析34例肠结核患者的临床资料。结果：80例肠结核患者误诊34例，误诊率达42．5％。结论：肠结核临床症状、体征不典型，应提高警惕减少误诊。

| Abstract: | Objective：To summarize the cause of misdiagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis （TB） through analysis of 34 eases. Methods：To retrospectively anslyse 34 cases of intestinal tuberculosis patients with clinical data. Results：Among 80 intestinal tuberculsis patients,34 cases were misdiagnosised, the misdiagnosis rate reached to 42.5%.Conculsion： When the clinical symptoms and signs of intestinal TB is not typical, we should be more alert to reduce misdiagnosis. |
