| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨复杂胫骨平台骨折手术的疗效。方法：胫骨平台骨折78例，进行手术治疗并进行随访观察。结果：78例患者中，随访42例，手术后患者的膝关节功能优良评分为88．1％。结论：复杂胫骨平台骨折手术治疗可显示有很好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To raise the therapeutic effect of fracture of complex tibial plateau. Methods：78 patients with fracture of complex tibial plateau were collected. They were treated by operation and observed by followed-up. Results ：In 78 patients with fracture of complex tibial plateau ,42 were followed up. Good score of articular genu function was 88.1% after the operation. Conclusion：The operation treatment of fracture of complex tibial plateau might have a good clinical therapeutic effect. |
