浅表肿大淋巴结的超声诊断价值

目的：探讨超声在浅表肿大淋巴结中的临床应用价值。方法：连续观察71例155个肿大淋巴结，并回顾性分析淋巴结的超声表现，所有病例均经手术活检后病理证实或临床随访3月。结果：71例患者155个肿大淋巴结中，18个为急性淋巴结炎，26个为反应增生性淋巴结，15个为淋巴结结核，8个为淋巴瘤，45个为转移性淋巴结，20例患者43个淋巴结误诊。超声诊断准确率是约72％。结论：超声检查在浅表肿大淋巴结中有较强的诊断价值，对鉴别淋巴结良、恶性有重要的参考价值，但在诊断中有部分交叉，最后诊断仍要靠组织病理学的结果。

Value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of superficial swollen lymph nodes

Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for superficial swollen lymph nodes. Methods：71 cases with 155 superficial swollen lymph nodes were reviewed based on the sonography and clinical data, and the diagnosis of all cases were confirmed by pathology diagnosis after biopsy or the result of followed-up for 3 months. Results：71 cases with 155 superficial swollen lymph nodes under observation,18 swollen lymph nodes were lymphnoditis,26 reactive hyperplasy lymph nodes,15 tuberculous iym- phaden,8 lymphoma,45 metastatic lymph nodes.20 cases with 43 swollen lymph nodes were misdiagnosed,the accurate rate of ultra- sonography was about 72%. Conclusion：Ultrasonography is of great value in the diagnosis of superficial swollen lymph nodes.It also remains a valuable aid in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lymph nodes, bat it has partial overlap, and the final diagnosis is still made by pathology diagnosis after biopsy.
