腹腔镜治疗低位性直肠癌临床疗效分析

目的：探讨腹腔镜直肠全系膜切除手术治疗低位性直肠癌的可行性、安全性以及临床疗效。方法：分析本院97例低位性及超低位性直肠癌患者，其中43例（实验组）采用了腹腔镜手术治疗，54例（对照组）采用传统的开腹手术治疗。结果：术中出血量、肠道功能恢复时间、术中并发症发生率明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）；手术时间对照组明显短于实验组（P〈0．05）。结论：腹腔镜直肠全系膜切除手术创伤较小，但对低位性及超低位性直肠癌患者能够达到直肠全系膜切除手术的治疗原则，并取得与开腹手术相同的根治效果。

Analysis on clinical curative effect of laparoscope therapy on low rectal carcinoma

Objective ：To explore the curative effect of the total mesorectal excision by laparoseope onlow rectal carcinoma. Methods：To analyse 97 patients with low rectal carcinoma in our hospital. The 43 patients （treatment group） were treated by laparoscope,and the 54 patients （control group） by traditional operation. To collect and analyse the clinical information. Results：The quantity of bleeding, the recovery time of intestinal function ,complication rate had significant difference between the treatment group and controll group （P〈 0.05）. The time of operation in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The total mesorectal excision by laparoscope has less trauma,and can reach the treatment principle of the total mesorectal excision on low rectal carcinoma ,and obtain the same effect as traditional operation.
