| 摘 要： | 目的：研究大剂量654—2治疗重型肝炎疗效。方法：两组患者均采用常规综合性治疗，治疗组则加用大剂量654—2。结果：治疗组在主要临床症状改善，复常率，肝功能指标恢复等方面均明显优于对照组。结论：大剂量654—2治疗重型肝炎能取得较好效果。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effeedveness of high dose of 654-2 on treatment of severe hepatitis B. Methods：300 eases of severe hepatitis B were randomized into treatment group （n=150） and control group （n=150）. All eases were treated with regular complex therapy. High dose of 654-2 was administered to all eases in the treatment group. Results：Compared with the eontrol group, more alleviated elinieal symptoms,higher normalization rate and better restoration of liver function indexes were observed in the treatment group. Conclusion： High dose of 654-2 is effective on the treatment of severe hepatitis B. |
