| 摘 要： | 目的：比较PFNA和DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：2007年74～2008年12月治疗股骨粗隆间骨折87例，其中PnNA组32例．DHS组55例。从手术时间、出血量、临床愈合时间、术后髋关节功能恢复情况及并发症等方面进行比较。结果：PFNA组术后优秀率明显高于DHS组，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：PFNA是理想的股骨粗隆间骨折内固定物之一。

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare the clinical effects of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur using either the proximal femoral nail-A （PFNA） or dynamic hip screw （DHS）.Methods：We treated 87 cases of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur from July 2007 to December 2008.PHNA group：32 cases,DHS group：55 cases.We compared clinical therapy on the following aspects：median operation time;blood loss, healing time, function rehabilitation of hip joint and complication.The collected data were analyzed statistically.Results： The superiority rate of PFNA group was more than that of DHS group. The data from above aspects had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： PFNA is a good internal fixiation in operation of intertrochanteric fracture of femur. |
