| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声对髓质海绵肾的诊断价值。方法：对超声诊断为海绵肾并经静脉肾盂造影证实的41例患者的超声检查结果进行回顾性分析。依照肾髓质回声强度分成两组。结果：肾髓质回声强度接近肾窦回声即海绵样增强型30例，肾髓质呈强回声且后方伴声影即髓质强回声团型11例。结论：超声对髓质海绵肾的诊断有重要价值，可以作为海绵肾的首选影像学方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of medullary sponge kidney.Methods：41 patients with medullary sponge kidney comfirmed by ultrasound and intravenous pyelography were gathered and retrospectively analysed with sonography outcome, and divided into two groups according to echo intensity of kidney medulla.Results：The sponge enhancement type whose echo in- tensity of kidney medulla approximated to those of renal sinus was 30 eases, and the medulla dense echo type whose dense echo was ac- companied with sound shadow in kidney medulla was 11 eases.Conclusion： Ultrasound in the diagnosis of medullary sponge kidney has a very important value,and can be used as the imageology method of choice. |
