血液灌流加血液透析抢救重症有机磷农药中毒疗效观察

目的：探讨血液透析（HD）加血液灌流（HP）治疗重症有机磷中毒（AOPP）的临床疗效。方法：81例AOPP患者随机分成HD＋HP组40例和对照组41例。HD＋HP组在常规治疗基础上（阿托品＋胆碱酯酶复活剂）加HD＋HP治疗。结果：HP＋HD组患者昏迷时间，血清胆碱酯酶（CHE）活性恢复时间、住院时间显著短于对照组（P〈0．01），阿托品应用总量显著减少（P〈0．01），死亡率显著降低。结论：HD＋HP治疗AOPP疗效显著。

Observation of effects of hemoperfusion associated with hemodialysis on severe organophosphorous poisoning

Objective：To investigate the treatment effects of hemodialysis（HD）and hemoperfusion（Hp） on severe organophosphorous insecticides intoxication.Methods： 81cases with severe organophosphorous inseeticides in toxication were divided into 2 groups,one was HP＋HD group and another was non-Hp＋HD group.The non-HP＋HD group received conventional treatment,while the Hp＋HD group received HP＋HD besides conven tional treatment.Results ：The time of coma, serum cholinesterase recovery and hospitalization in the HP＋HD group was markedly shorter than those in the non-HP＋HD group （P〈0.01）.The amount of atropine was markedly decreased,and the cure rate was increased significantly （P〈0.01）.The mortality of the HD＋HP group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion： HD＋HP has obvious effect in treatment of AOPP.
