| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组（50例）和实验组（中西医结合治疗组，50例），实验组采用中药内外用药、牵引、整复手法综合治疗，对照组采用常规治疗。用JOA下腰痛对患者的疗效进行评价和统计学分析。结果：实验组的临床优良率和疗效等级均优于对照组，差异有显著性，P〈0．05。结论：中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症有更好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the curative effect of herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods：To analyse 100 patients with herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc in our hospital. The patients were divided into two groups：the control group （50 patients） were treated with general methods,and the treatment group （50 patients） were treated with integrated medicine.To evaluate the curative effect with JOA and perform the statistical analysis. Results：The rate of choiceness and grade of curative effect had significant difference between control group and treatment group ,P〈0.05. Conclusion： The integrative medicine treatment has the better curative effect on herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc. |
