| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨宫腔镜在处理难取宫内节育器的应用价值。方法：对在宫腔镜下处理的难取宫内节育器83例临床资料进行分析。结果：82例在宫腔镜下完全取出，1例腹腔镜取出，无并发症发生。结论：宫腔镜在难取节育器的取出中具有快速、准确、安全的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the value of hysteroscopy in the management on difficult removal of intrauterine device（IUD）. Methods：83 patients with difficult -removal IUD were analyzed.Results：By hysteroscopy, 82 of the 83 cases with difficult-removal IUD were taken out successfully with no complication.Conclusion：Managing difficult-removal IUD with hysteroscopy has advantages of fast ness,accuracy and safety. |
