| 摘 要： | 目的：总结重型颅脑损伤合并休克患者的救治及临床特点，分析其休克发生的原因及机理。方法：对我院收治的25例资料完整的重型颅脑损伤合并休克患者进行回顾性分析，对患者严密监护，及时进行手术、抗休克及其他综合治疗。结果：本组25例中15例成活，10例死亡，死亡率为40％。结论：早期迅速查明休克原因，正确早期治疗，可明显改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To summarize the rescuc treatment experiences of severe head injury accompanied with shock and its clinical features,and to analyze the causes of shock and mechanism.Methods：The hospitalization treated 25 cases of severe brain injury patients accompanied with shock were retrospectively analysed.The patients were given timely surgery, anti-shock and other combined treatment. Results：Among the 25 patients, 15 patients survived, 10 died, the mortality rate was 40%. Conclusion：Early rapid identification of reasons for shock and the correct early treatment can significantly improve the prognosis. |
