腰椎峡部裂记忆合金节段内固定器的临床应用

摘    要:目的:评价自行研制的腰椎峡部裂记忆合金节段内固定器(MAIF)的临床疗效。方法:采用峡部原位植骨记忆合金节段内固定术治疗23例腰椎峡部裂患者,术后软腰围固定3个月,23例患者均获随访,随访时间6个月~4年,疗效评定采用Henderson标准。结果:23例患者中,疗效为优的患者19例,3例疗效为良,1例疗效为一般,临床疗效优良率为95.65%;X线片示峡部愈合率为97.65%;随访中未发现并发症的发生。结论:MAIF是一种简便易行、固定可靠、疗效优良的治疗腰椎峡部裂的新方法。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of self-designed memory alloy intrasegmental fixator(MAIF)in treating lumbar spondylolysis.Methods:The MAIF was used to fix the lumbar spine with spondylolysis following bone grafting in situ.The patients were immobilized with corset for 3 months postoperatively.Twenty-three patients with lumbar spondylolysis were treated in the way discribed.All patients were followed-up,ranging from 6 months to 4 years.The Henderson's standard was adopted to evaluate the efficacy of memory alloy intrasegmental fixator.Results:The results in the 23 patients who underwent this procedure were 19 patients with an excellent result,3 patients with a good result,1 patient with a fair result.The excellent and good rate was 95.65%;The X-ray examination showed that the healing rate of spondylolysis was 97.65%.No complication was found during the fllowing-up.Conclusions:The fixation apparatus proves to be well-designed and easy to handle,and can afford a new reliable alternative for fixation in treating spondylolysis.
