| 摘 要： | 目的:比较不同品种与产地的鹿鞭药材中3种多胺类成分的含量。方法:采用HPLC法分别测定10个鹿鞭样品腐胺、精胺及精脒的含量。结果:不同样品的3种多胺类成份及总多胺含量均有一定差异。结论:多胺类成分含量可作为鹿鞭质量控制指标之一。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To compare the content of the main polyamines compositions in 10 samples of Penis et Testis Cervi from different species and habitats. MEHTODs: The putrescine spermidine and spermine in Penis et Testis Cervi were determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The contents of total Polyamine and 3 kinds of polyamines compositions in all samples were different. CONCLUSION: The content of the main polyamines compositions can be used to control the quality of Penis et Testis Cervi. |
