| 摘 要： | 目的了解新生儿高胆红素血症时血白细胞介素－６（ＩＬ－６）的改变。方法应用ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定２０例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿与同期１１例对照组正常足月新生儿血ＩＬ－６含量。结果新生儿高胆红素血症组血ＩＬ－６浓度增高，其均值±标准差（ｘ±ｓ）为（４３２．２３±２５６．８４）ｎｇ／Ｌ，对照组为（２８．８２±９．６６）ｎｇ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．００１。结论新生儿高胆红素血症时细胞因子白细胞介素－６增高，白细胞介素－６可能在新生儿高胆红素血症的发病中起一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of interleukin6(IL6)in the pathogenesis of neonatal
hyperbilirubinemia. Methods we assay the serum IL6 levels by ELISA methods in 20 cases of
neonatal hyperbilirubinemia with 11 cases of normal control group. Results The serum IL6 levels
in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is significantly higher than those in normal control group.
Conclusion IL6 may play certain role in the pathogenesis of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. |
