| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺手术中显露喉返神经的价值。方法对235例甲状腺手术作回顾分析。腺叶切除224例，全甲状腺切除11例，行功能性或选择性颈淋巴结清扫47例，常规显露喉返神经。结果解剖显露喉返神经242条，2例发生暂时性喉返神经麻痹，喉返神经损伤率为0．85％。结论甲状腺手术中显露喉返神经可预防神经损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate recurrent laryngeal nerve （RLN） exposure in thyroidectomy. Methods The retrospective analysis was confined to 235 patients, 224 patients underwent lobectomy, and 11 total thyroidectomy, 47 patients had functional or selective neck dissection. Exposure of recurrent laryngeal nerve was performed as routine in all procedures which were done by the same group of surgeons. Results Total 242 RLN were identified, 2 cases（0.85% ） occurred temporary RLN paralysis. Conclusion Routine exposure of RLN during thyroid resection reduces the risk of RLN injury. |
