贫困大学生人格特征与学业成绩的相关研究

摘    要:目的 探讨贫困生人格特征与其学业成绩间的关系。方法 以哈尔滨工程大学 747名贫困生为对象,按学习成绩将其分为优良组、中等组和落后组。采用卡特尔 16PF测验进行测试,对测试数据进行单因素方差分析和Pearson相关分析。结果 贫困生学业成绩优良组与中等组相比,在稳定性、有恒性、敢为性、紧张性、适应与焦虑、从事专业有成就、新环境中成长力方面具有显著差异;学业成绩优良组与落后组相比,在稳定性、有恒性、敢为性、敏感性、自律性、紧张性、适应与焦虑、感情用事与安详机警、从事专业有成就、新环境中的成长力方面具有显著差异;学业成绩中等组与落后组相比,在自律性方面具有显著差异。结论 情绪稳定、持之以恒、敢做敢为、自律谨严等人格特征是贫困生取得良好学业成绩的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the personality characteristics and academic achievements of the impoverished college students.Method 747 impoverished college students were divided into good group, normal group and poor group.All subjects were tested by using Cattell 16PF Questionnaire.The results were analyzed with One-way ANOVA and Pearson Correlation. Results As for the impoverished students, the good group differ significantly from the normal group in stability, persistence, courage, intensity, adaptability, anxiety, achievement in special ability, development in a new environment; the good group differ significantly from the poor group in stability, persistence, courage, sensitivity, self-restraint, intensity, adaptability, anxiety, impetuous behavior, calmness and alertness achievement in specialty development in a new environment ; the normal group differ much from the poor group in self- restraint. Conclusion The personality characteristics such as stability, persistence, courage, self-restraint are the key factors in the academic achievements of the impoverished college students.
