原发性高血压患者血清白介素-6、高敏C反应蛋白水平与颈动脉粥样硬化程度关系的研究

摘    要:目的探讨原发性高血压患者血清白介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)与颈动脉粥样硬化程度的关系。方法选择原发性高血压患者120例,按颈动脉超声检测结果分为内膜增厚组、斑块形成组和管腔狭窄组,测定三组患者的血清IL-6和hs-CRP水平,进行统计学分析。结果颈动脉粥样硬化程度越严重,IL-6和血清hs-CRP水平越高,三组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者血清IL-6和hs—CRP水平与动脉粥样硬化程度关系密切,原发性高血压患者IL-6、hs-CRP浓度与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)呈正相关关系(P〈0.01)。适当降低血清IL石和hs.cRP,可防止动脉粥样硬化进展,减轻高血压靶器官损害。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and high-sen-sitivity protein (hs-CRP) with carotid atherosclerosis in patients with primary hypertension. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with primary hypertension whose CCAs were detected by ultrasound were divided into increased innermembrance group, atheroma group and narrow luminal diameter group. Their serum IL-6 and high-sensitivity protein levels were measured and compared. Results Those with higher serum IL-6 and higher serum hs-CRP levels showed more severe carotid atherosclerosis. There was signif-icant difference among the three groups ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Serum IL-6 and hs-CRP might be closely related to the atherosclerosis in patients with hypertension. There was positive relativity between the serum IL-6 and hs-CRP and intima media thickness (IMT). It might be concluded that lower serum IL-6 and hs-CRP levels could prevent the progression of atherosclerosis, relieve the organ damage induced by hypertension.
