全血胆碱酯酶活性变化与急性有机磷农药中毒程度的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨全血胆碱酯酶(CHE)活性变化与急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)程度之间的关系。方法对186例急诊科住院的急性有机磷农药中毒患者进行动态CHE活性监测,比较胆碱酯酶水平与中毒程度的相关性。结果186例AOPP患者入院时有45%CHE变化与中毒程度成正相关,55%患者CHE变化与中毒程度不符。结论胆碱酯酶活性不宜作为中毒程度的划分和治疗指征的重要指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between whole blood cholinesterase (CHE) and the varying degrees of disease severity in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP). Methods A total of 186 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were re-cruited. The CHE activity and degrees of poisoning were continously monitored, and approached the cor-relations of them. Results CHE change of 83 cases (45 % ) was positively correlated with the degree of intoxication on admission, CHE changes toxication. Conclusions Cholinesterase of toxicity and therapeutic indications of the other 55% patients was inconsistent with the degree of in-activity levels should not be considered as an important indicator
