纤维支气管镜在老年吸入性肺炎治疗中的应用

目的探讨支气管镜在老年吸入性肺炎治疗中的应用。方法回顾性分析37例采用支气管镜治疗的老年吸入性肺炎患者的临床资料。结果37例患者均顺利完成纤维支气管镜检查和肺泡灌洗。时间25—46min，平均34min。与治疗前比较，精神疲劳、纳差、胸闷气促、低氧血症、咳嗽咳痰症状均有明显改善，发热的8例患者治疗后体温恢复正常。所有患者无严重并发症。结论支气管镜是老年吸入性肺炎是一种有效的治疗手段，其具有疗效显著、安全，值得临床推广应用。

Application of fiberbronchoscopy in elderly patients with aspiration pneumonitis

Objective To investigate the application of fiberbronchoscopy in elderly patients with aspiration pneumonitis. Methods The clinical data of 37 elderly patients with aspiration pneumoni-tis treated by fiberbronchoscopy were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients underwent fiber-bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage successfully. The time was 25 - 46 min, average 34 min. Symp-toms such as mental fatigue, anorexia, chest tightness, shortness of breath, hypoxemia, cough and ex-pectoration were significantly improved, compared with those before treatment. The body temperature of 8 patients with fever returned to normal after treatment. There were no serious complications occurred in all patients. Conclusions Fiberbronchoscopy is an effective treatment for elderly patients with aspiration pneumonitis. It has advantages of significant effect and high security, so is worthy to be widely used in clinics.
