出入境人员血清标本分类保存的意义

〔目的〕探讨出入境体检人员血清标本分类保存在传染病监测和科学研究方面的意义。〔方法〕收集出入境人员血清标本,根据检验结果进行分类后保存于低温冰箱中,并附之于相应的个人资料。〔结果〕(1)为传染病的基础研究提供丰富的资料;(2)对传染病的追踪调查提供资料;(3)有助于检出病例的病程监测。〔结论〕血清是一种重要的检测标本,对出入境人员血清标本进行分类保存具有重要意义。

The Significance of Conservation Classified Serum Samples of Entry-exit Personnels

Objective To study scientific meanings of conservating clasified serum samples of entry-exit personnels. Method The entry-exit personnel's serum samples were collected, according to the result, samples were conserved in the low temperature refrigratory with the personal data attached. Results 1. It would offer abundant data to the basis study of the contagious disease. 2. It would offer data to conduct follow-up investigation. 3. It was beneficial for reflecting the changes of the infectious disease process. Conclusion Serum is an important inspective sample, it is very significative to be classified conservantion.
