| 摘 要： | 为了研究可供人体应用的造血干细胞动员剂，将低相对分子质量葡聚糖硫酯给狗静脉观察其对造血干细胞的动员作用。结果显示，注射ＤＳ １５ｍｇ／ｋｇ１ｈ后外周血中ＷＢＣ、单个核细胞和粒－巨细胞集落形成单位计数开始升高，３ｈ达到峰值，每升血中的细胞计数分别为药前的１．６、２．１和４．５倍。

| Abstract: | Healthy beagles about 1 3 years of age and weighing 7 11 kg were used.Dextran sulfate(DS) 500 mg/5 ml ampoule was injected.At 1 h after iv injection of DS,the numbers of WBC,MNC and CFU GM in the peripheral bolld increased and reached peak values at 3 h after injection,which were 1.6,2.1 and 4.5 folds of preinjection values respectively.They returned to normal levels at 7 h after injection.The number of WBC,MNC in dog bolld began to increase after injection of DS 7.5 mg/kg body weight.The greater the doses of DS,the higher the concentration of WBC and MNC in dog blood.15 30 mg/kg caused the best mobilization of CFU GM,CFU Mge,BFU E and CFU Mix/L blood,being 9.0,7.2,10.3 and 13.0 folds of preinjection values respectively. |
