摘    要:用大鼠冷束缚应激性溃疡模型,观察用生理盐水或别嘌呤醇预处理后,动物胃粘膜损伤的情况。结果发现,别嘌呤醇处理组胃粘膜损伤指数、溃疡深度指数及粘膜损伤度均显著低于生理盐水组。提示,来源于黄嘌呤氧化酶的氧自由基,对急性应激性溃疡的发生具有重要作用。

Abstract:We have studied, by means of some samples of the stress ulcer in rats when exposed to cold and restraint,the animal' injury on the gastric mucosa brought about by saline or allopurinol after being pre-processed . Thirty six rats are set at random into two groups: saline and allopurinol. As result, it is discovered that the parameters , in the allopurinol group , of injury on the gastric mucesa and of the degree of ulcer and that the damage of the mucosa are all apparently less than those in the saline group.Here it is confirmed that the oxygen free radicals derivedfrom xanthine oxidase hare played a principal role in the pathogenesis of acute stress ulcer ation of the rat.our suggestion is that the enzyme of xanthine oxidase should determine the source of these free radicals.
