| 摘 要： | 对89例老年鼻出血患者的临床中医辨证护理观察,总结出老年鼻出血患者的特点:多发于鼻腔后部,出血量大且反复;病因分为虚、实两类,根据证型不同采取不同的基础护理及心理护理,取得良好效果。
