| 摘 要： | 目的：观察硫普罗宁（凯西莱）在乳癌化疗轻度肝损害患者中的保肝作用。方法：对56例乳癌选用CMF方案，患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组28例加凯西莱静滴及口服，28例患者为对照组用肌苷静滴及口服，观察一周期化疗后ALT的变化，结果治疗组化疗后ALT值显著低于化疗前组，与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论：对乳癌化疗轻度肝损伤患者凯西莱可对抗化疗性肝损害，改善肝脏功能，保证化疗连续性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the protective hepatic role of tiopronin in the patient's of breast cancer with mild hepatic injury during chemotherapy.Methods:In the therapeutic group the chemotherapy and tiopronin were used.the chemotherapy and ATP were used in the control group.The change of ALT was observed for a week after chemotherapy.Results:The level of ALT in the therapeutic group after chemotherapy was obviously lower than that of control group and before chemotherapy(P<0 01).Conclusion:Tiopronin has counteraction chemotherapy on hepatic injury in the patient's of breast cancer with mild hepatic injury during chemotherapy.it may improve hepatic function and ensure the continuity of chemotherapy. |
