食管癌患者围手术期预防性应用抗菌药调查

目的:了解我院食管癌患者围手术期预防性应用抗菌药的情况。方法:抽取2011年7月～2012年7月出院的食管癌手术病历192份,调查围手术期预防性应用抗菌药的情况。结果:192例食管癌手术患者抗菌药预防使用率为100%,用药品种共10种,单一用药占56.8%,联合用药占43.2%,有128例在术前0.5～2 h预防性给药,平均使用抗菌药时间为(6.9±1.7)d。结论:食管癌患者围手术期预防性应用抗菌药比较合理,但在给药时机、用药疗程及联合用药方面有待改进。

Investigation of Perioperative Utilization of Antibacterial Drugs for Patients with Esophageal Carcinoma

Objective： To evaluate the perioperative utilization of antibacterial drugs for patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods： 192 operation medical records of discharged patients with esophageal carcinoma were sampled from Ju- ly 2011 to July 2012 for statistical analysis of the perioperative utilization of antibacterial drugs. Results：In the 192 cases, 100% of the patients received antibacterial drugs preventively. 10 kinds of antibiotics were used. 56.8% of the patients used one kind of antibiotics and 43.2% of the patients used antibiotics in combination of two. One hundred twenty eight patients used antibiotics within 0.5-2h before the operation. The mean time for the antibiotics use was （6.9 ± 1.7 ） d. Conclusion：The perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics for esophageal carcinoma was rational. However, the improvement is needed in the administration time, course of treatment and drug combination.
