我院2010年抗菌药不良反应报告分析

目的：了解2010年南京市第一医院抗菌药不良反应（ADR）发生情况及特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法：对2010年我院临床科室上报的266例抗菌药ADR报告,按患者性别、给药途径、药品品种及发生频率、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现、ADR分类及严重程度分级等方面进行回顾性分析。结果：266例抗菌药ADR中,男性ADR构成比高于女性;给药途径以静脉滴注（89.85%）和口服给药（9.40%）为主;头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类及青霉素类药所致ADR占抗菌药物前3位;ADR临床表现以皮肤及附件损害以及全身性损害为主;严重ADR占全部病例的1.88%。结论：应重视与加强ADR监测与报告工作,保障患者的用药安全。

Analysis of Adverse Drug Reaction Reports of Antimicrobial Agents in the First Nanjing Hospital in 2010

Objective：To review and investigate the occurrence and characteristic of adverse drug reactions （ADR） of the antimicrobial drugs in the First Nanjing Hospital, and provide references for rational drug used in clinic. Methods ：266 ADR reports of the antimicrobial drugs were collected from the hospital in 2010 and retrospectively analyzed in respect of pa- tients＇ gender, route of administration, drug categories and frequency, organs and systems involved, type of adverse drug re- actions, classification of serious degree of ADR, and other aspects. Results ： Among the 266 ADR cases, the constituent rate in male was higher than that in female. The intravenous drip administration accounted for 89.85% and oral administration ac- counted for 9.40%. Among all ADRs of the antimierobial drugs, cephalosporins and fluoroquinolones were on the top. Lesions of skin and its appendants were the main clinical manifestations. Serious ADRs accounted for 1.88%. Conclusion：More attention should be attached to the monitoring of ADRs in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADRs.
