麝香保心丸治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛80例

[目的]观察麝香保心丸长期服用对冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。[方法]将冠心病稳定型心绞痛80例随机分成两组，均常规应用抗血小板、ACEI或ARB、β-受体阻滞剂、他汀类、降压、降糖药物，长期服用麝香保心丸对心绞痛及消心痛对临床症状及心电图疗效对比分析。[结果]长期服用麝香保心丸对心绞痛缓解率、心电图改善率明显高于消心痛。两组比较有显著性差异P〈0．01。[结论]麝香保心丸长期服用疗效显著。
