锚钉线梯次收紧缝合技术治疗髌骨严重粉碎性骨折的临床研究

目的评价施乐辉锚钉线梯次收紧缝合技术（锚钉线梯次捆绑）结合多向张力带治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析30例采用施乐辉锚钉线梯次捆绑结合多向张力带治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料。结果 30例髌骨严重粉碎性骨折患者均手术成功,随访6~15个月,全部治愈,无伤口感染,膝关节功能恢复满意。结论该方法操作简单,创伤小,固定牢靠,患者康复快,并发症甚少,疗效满意。

Clinical Research of Surgical Management of Serious Comminuted Patellar Fractures with Echelon Tighten the Anchor Line Suture Technique

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of treating patients with severe comminuted fracture of patella using Echelon bundled multi-directional TwinFix silk thread tension band.Methods The data of 30 patients of severe comminuted fracture of patella were analysed and compared retrospectively,who were treated with Echelon bundled multi-directional TwinFix silk thread tension band.Results All patients of severe comminuted fracture of the patella were cured,evaluated by follow-up in 6-15 months,without wound infection.The recovery of knee joint of all patients was satisfactory.Conclusion The method is simple,less traumatic,reliable security,quick recovery,with very less complications.The curative effect is satisfactory.
