舒适护理在腹腔镜疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝中的应用研究

目的研究舒适护理策略在腹腔镜疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝中的临床效果。方法对2010年12月~2012年2月在我院接受腹腔镜疝修补术治疗的110例腹股沟疝患者进行研究,随机分为实验组（n=55）和对照组（n=55）。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上采用舒适护理策略,包括心理护理、缓解腹压、出院指导等。比较两组患者的住院时间、恢复正常时间、复发率、疼痛评分以及并发症发生情况。结果实验组患者的住院时间、恢复正常时间均明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）,实验组患者并发症的发生率及术后1天内的疼痛评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异均有统计学意义。结论舒适护理策略在腹腔镜疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝中具有良好的辅助效果,可缩短住院时间及恢复正常所需时间,减少手术并发症,减轻术后疼痛,值得临床应用推广。

The Comfortable Nursing Care for the Laparoscopic Herniorrhaphy in Treating Inguinal Hernia

Objective To study the clinical effect of comfortable nursing care in the laparoscopic herniorrhaphy for the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods Study was conducted on 110 patients with inguinal hernia treated by the laparoscopic herniorrhaphy in our hospital from December 2010 to February 2012.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group（n=55）and control group（n=55）,the experimental group received comfort nursing strategies,including psychological nursing,relieve ofabdominal pressure,and discharge guidance;the control group received routine nursing care strategy.The two groups were compared on hospitalization time,recovery time,recurrence rate,pain score and the incidence of complications.Results Hospitalization time and recovery time in the experimental group were significantly less than control group（P〈0.05）.The patients in the experimental group on incidence of complications and the pain score of postoperative 1day were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing strategy have good auxiliary effect in the laparoscopic herniorrhaphy-treated inguinal hernia,as compared with the control group,it can reduce hospitalization time and recovery time,reduce operation complications and postoperative pain,and is worthy of clinical application.
