| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声检查在肝脏外伤中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院87例肝脏外伤的影像表现。结果:本组87例肝脏外伤性损伤,其中肝脏真性破裂60例(68.96%),被膜下破裂19例(21.83%),中央型破裂8例(9.19%)。结论:B超检查对肝脏外伤诊断方便快捷准确性高,具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the US diagnostic value of liver trauma.Methods:87 cases with liver trauma comfirmed by operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results:There were 87 cases with liver trauma, whieh were true ruptured liver in 60 cases(68.96%),intracapsule rupture in 19 cases(21.83%) and central broken eight cases(9.19%).Conclusion:US has a high accuracy and important value in the diagnosis of liver trauma. |
