| 摘 要： | 连续性肾脏替代治疗（continuous renal replaeement therapy，CRRT）与传统的肾脏替代疗法相比，具有连续、缓慢清除溶质和血流动力学状态稳定等显著特点，已成为急性肾衰竭（ARF）、脓毒血症（sepsis）和多脏器功能障碍综合征（MODS）等疾病的重要治疗措施之一。近年来在急救医学领域已广泛应用并且取得了重大进展。
