聚集素及金属蛋白酶9在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨聚集素（Clusterin）和金属蛋白酶9在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与临床特征的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学染色法分别对48例术前未行放化疗的乳腺癌者手术后的蜡块标本及16例癌旁组织进行Clusterin和MMP-9检测。结果：肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中Clusterin阳性率分别是77.1%（37/48）和31.3%（5/16）,MMP-9表达的阳性率分别为72.9%（35/48）和18.8%（3/16）,肿瘤组织及癌旁组织之间的阳性率均有显著性差异,Clusterin表达与MMP-9表达正相关。结论：Clusterin和MMP-9在乳腺癌发生发展中起重要作用,联合检测对预测乳腺癌发生发展及预后评价有重要意义。

Expression of clusterin and matrix metalloproteinases in mammary gland tissue and its clinical significance

Objective:To study the expression of clusterin and matrix metalloproteinases(MMP9)in mammary gland tissue and its clinical significance.Methods:The expressions of clusterin and MMP9 in the specimens from 48 patients with breast cancer without the history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy were examined with the immunohistochemical method.The control specimens were collected from16 cases of the paraneoplastic tissues.Results:The positive rate of clusterin expression were 77.1% and 31.3% in the cancer group and control group,respectively,and the positive rate of MMP9 expression were 72.9% and 18.8% in the cancer group and control group,respectively.Both positive rates of the cancer group were significantely higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The expression of clusterin was positively correlated with the expression of MMP9.Conclusion:Clusterin and MMP9 play important roles in the development of the breast cancer and they maybe indicate the prognosis of the breast cancer.
