三维适形放射治疗联合药物治疗肺癌的临床疗效分析

目的探讨三维适形放射治疗(3D-CRT)联合化疗治疗肺癌的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2010年1月至2012年1月行3D-CRT联合化疗的40例肺癌患者为观察组,另选取同期行化疗的40例肺癌患者为对照组,观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果和不良反应。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.0%和65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组和对照组的2年生存率分别为55.0%和30.0%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组发生放射性食管炎患者10例,放射性肺炎12例。结论 3D-CRT联合化疗治疗肺癌临床效果确切,同时可提高患者的生存率,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation on three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in combination with chemotherapy in treating patients with lung cancer

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy（ 3D-CRT） in combination with chemotherapy in treating lung cancer and to provide guidance for clinical work in the future.Methods Forty lung cancer patients accepting 3D-CRT in combination with chemotherapy in our hospital from January,2010 to January,2012 were enrolled in the study and divided into the observation group,40 lung cancer patients subject to the chemotherapy during the same period were seleted and divided into the control group.The clinical efficacy,two-year survival rate,and adverse reactions in two groups after treatment were analyzed.Results The total control rate and two-year survival rate between groups showed significant difference（ P〈 0.001）.Ten patients in the observation group suffered from radioactive esophagitis,and 12 patients suffered from pneumonia.Conclusion 3D-CRT in combination with chemotherapy shows good clinical efficacy in treating lung cancer patients,and it is safe,effective and can be used in clinical practice.
