胎盘多肽注射液对化疗患者升白细胞作用的临床观察

目的探讨胎盘多肽注射液对化疗患者升白细胞(WBC)的效果。方法选取2011年2月至2013年1月间化疗后肿瘤患者95例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者化疗后采用胎盘多肽注射液治疗,对照组患者采用升白安治疗。观察两组患者WBC计数变化情况、感染情况和临床疗效。结果观察组患者总有效和WBC计数平均值分别为95.8%和5.39×109/L,显著高于对照组的80.9%和3.68×109/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者感染率和WBC<2.5×109/L的发生率分别为2.1%和8.3%,明显低于对照组的12.8%和27.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者WBC<1.0×109/L的发生率为0,虽低于对照组患者6.4%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胎盘多肽注射液对化疗患者具有很好的临床效果,无明显的不良反应,能有效降低感染发生率。

The clinical observation of placenta polypeptide injection auxiliary elevated white blood cell after chemotherapy

Objective To evaluate the effect of placenta polypeptide injection in elevating white blood cell（ WBC） in cancer patients after chemotherapy.Methods From 2011 February to 2013 January,95 cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into the observation group treated with placenta polypeptide injection treatment and the control group treated with berbamine.WBC count,infection situation and clinical effect of patients were observed.Results The total effective rate and the average of WBC count in observation group（ 95.8% and 5.39 × 10^9/L,respectively） were significantly higher than that in the control group（ 80.9% and 3.68 × 10^9/L,respectively）,the difference were significant（ P〈 0.05）.The infection and WBC 2.5 × 109/L rate in the observation group（ 2.1% and 8.3%,respectively） were significantly lower than that in the control group（ 12.8% and 27.7%,respectively）,the difference were significant（ P〈 0.05）.the WBC 1.0 × 10^9/L rate in the two groups had no statistically significant difference（ P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Placenta polypeptide injection had good clinical effect on cancer patients after chemotherapy,could significantly increase white blood cell count and effectively reduce the occurrence of infection.
