外周血癌胚抗原水平与胆囊癌预后的相关性研究

目的探讨外周血癌胚抗原(CEA)水平与胆囊癌预后的相关性。方法回顾性分析2006年1月至2013年6月间收治的76例胆囊癌患者,行肝胰十二指肠切除术后,测定其外周血CEA水平,CEA>8.95μg/L为A组,CEA≤8.95μg/L为B组。随访记录两组患者的复发情况和生存时间,分析其与外周血CEA水平的关系。结果 76例患者外周血CEA水平为(8.98±1.27)μg/L,中位数为8.95μg/L。其中A组外周血CEA水平为(11.21±2.43)μg/L,B组外周血CEA水平为(7.13±1.85)μg/L,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者的生存时间为(82.16±48.32)周,B组为(191.88±111.84)周,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者复发21例,B组复发7例,A组复发患者明显多于B组(P<0.05)。结论胆囊癌患者外周血CEA水平较高者预后较差。

Analyze the correlation between peripheral blood CEA levels and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma

Objective To analyze the correlation between peripheral blood CEA levels and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.Methods Selected 76 gallbladder carcinoma patients who were treated by People’s Hospital of Dali from January 2006 to June 2013.Detected the levels of peripheral blood CEA before hepatopancreatoduodenectomy.And then took long-term follow-up visit to record its recurrence and the survival time to analyze its relationship with the peripheral blood CEA levels.Results The average peripheral blood CEA level of 76 cases of patients was（8.98 ＋ 1.27） μg / L.The cases whose CEA level ≥8.95μg / L were divided into group A,the others group B.Peripheral blood CEA levels were averagely（11.21 ± 2.43） μg/L of group A,and group B averagely（7.13 ± 1.85） μg/L.There was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）.The average survival time of group A was（82.16 ± 48.32）weeks,group B（191.88 ± 111.84） weeks,and there was significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.21 cases of recurrence in group A and 7 cases in group B,recurrence patients of group A was significantly more than group B（x2= 11.08,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The gallbladder carcinoma patients who have higher peripheral blood CEA levels have worse prognosis.
