| 摘 要： | 目的观察三维适形放疗联合三苯氧胺治疗恶性脑胶质瘤术后患者的疗效及不良反应。方法 50例恶性脑胶质瘤术后患者随机分为三维适形放疗联合三苯氧胺组(治疗组)和单纯三维适形放疗组(对照组),每组25例。三维适形放疗采用6MV X线,2Gy/次,1次/d,每周5次,DT5660Gy。治疗组同步口服三苯氧胺,从放射治疗第1天开始,连服2个月。结果治疗组和对照组的1、2年生存率分别为64.0%、32.0%和36.0%、8.0%(P<0.05)。三苯氧胺主要不良反应为血栓栓塞,发生率为5.0%。结论三维适形放疗联合三苯氧胺能提高恶性脑胶质瘤术后患者的生存率,且未增加毒性反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy（ 3DCRT） with tamoxifen for postoperative malignant glioma.Methods Fifty patients with postoperative malignant glioma.were randomized into two groups.twenty-five patients received 3DCRT plus tamoxifen（ treatment group）,25 received 3DCRT（ control group）.All patients were given with 6MV X-ray,2.0 Gy per fraction,once daily.the total dose varied up to DT 56 ~ 60 Gy.Tamoxifen was administered concurrenthy with radiotherapys in escalating doses,from the 1 st day of RT to the two months.Results The1-,2-year survival rate were 64.0% 、32.0% in treatment group and 36.0% 、8.0% in control group（ P 0.05） 。The thromboembolic rate in tamoxifen group was 5.0%.Conclusion 3DCRT plus tamoxifen can increase the survival rate in patients with postoperative malignant glioma without severe toxicities. |
