中西医结合治疗冠心病动态心电图Q-Tcp延长的疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗冠心病动态心电图Q-Tcp延长的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月—2013年8月四川省广元市苍溪县第三人民医院内科收治的冠心病动态心电图检查中Q-Tcp延长患者60例,将其按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药汤剂,并按照中医分型进行辨证治疗,均以10 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%(27/30),高于对照组的60.0%(18/30)(P0.05)。治疗前两组患者最快心率、最快心率Q-Tc、最慢心率、最慢心率Q-Tc及Q-Tcp比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后治疗组最快心率Q-Tc、最慢心率Q-Tc和Q-Tcp低于对照组(P0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗冠心病动态心电图Q-Tcp延长疗效显著,能够明显改善患者动态心电图QTc与Q-Tcp指标。

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Coronary Heart Disease with ECG Q - Tcp Extension

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on coronary heart disease with ECG Q - Tcp extension. Methods 60 coronary heart disease patients with ECG Q - Tcp extension were chosen from June 2012 to August 2013 from Department of Internal Medicine,the Third People′s Hospital of Cangxi County, Guangyuan,and they were divided into treatment group and control group according to the different treatment methods,each of 30 cases. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chi-nese herbal decoction based on the control group,and in accordance with syndrome differ classification,10 d as a course,and both treated for 3 courses. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90. 0% （27 / 30）,was higher than that of control group of 60. 0% （18 / 30）（P 〈 0. 05）. There was no statistically significant differences in the fastest heart rate,the fastest heart rate Q - Tc,the most slow heart rate,the most slow heart rate Q - Tc and Q - Tcp between two groups before treat-ment（P 〉 0. 05）;after treatment,the fastest rate Q - Tc,the most slow rate Q - Tc and Q - Tcp were lower than those of con-trol group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can significantly improve the dynamic electrocardiogram Q - Tc and Q - Tcp in coronary heart disease patients with ECG Q - Tcp extension.
