| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恶性肿瘤性贫血患者的红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)的差异。方法用SCC型血细胞分析仪检测恶性肿瘤性贫血组和正常健康组RDW值。结果轻度恶性肿瘤性贫血组和中重度恶性肿瘤性贫血组RDW值分别为15.43和15.36,均高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论恶性肿瘤性贫血患者RDW值明显高于正常人。

| Abstract: | Objective Discuss the difference of red blood cell distribution width（ RDW） between malignant tumor anemia patients and healthy person.Methods Test the RDW of malignant tumor anemia patients and healthy growp with SCC-type blood cell analyzer.Results The RDW of mild malignant tumor anemia patients is 15.43 and of moderat or severe malignant tumor anemia patients is 15.36,is higher than the control group,was statistically significant（ P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The RDW of malignant tumor patients is obviously higher than healthy person. |
