| 摘 要： | 2012年始北京同仁眼科中心进行了专业学位研究生临床能力训练改革,侧重提高学生临床基本能力。以往只进行2个月集中眼科知识培训,改革后学生在第一年轮转临床的同时,利用每周2次,每次1小时的晨会时间进行临床基础知识课程的培训,使临床实践与理论结合更紧密,印象深刻,学生可以尽快掌握基本技能。

| Abstract: | From 2012, the training programs of the post-graduate students with professional degree were reformed in focusing on the clinical fundamental training in the department of Ophthalmology in Beijing Tongren Hospital. In the past, the 2-month ophthalmic centralize course was the main pattern of training for the post-graduate students. And now, the students attended 1-hour morning training course twice every week during the 1st year＇s rotation period. Thus the theories could be combined with practice closely, and the stu- dents could have deep impression and master the clinical skills rapidly. |
