康复新液联合思密达混合液保留灌肠治疗急性放射性直肠炎的临床疗效

目的探讨康复新液联合思密达混合液保留灌肠治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤放射治疗后所致急性放射性直肠炎(ARP)的临床疗效。方法 30例盆腔恶性肿瘤放射治疗后所致ARP患者,其中Ⅰ级7例,Ⅱ级22例,Ⅲ级1例,给予康复新液50ml+思密达3g+地塞米松5mg+利多卡因100mg混合后保留灌肠,每晚1次,疗程14d,治疗结束1周后评定灌肠疗效。结果 30例ARP患者,经积极1个周期(14d)治疗性保留灌肠后,显效11例,有效15例,总有效率为86.7%。结论康复新液联合思密达混合液保留灌肠治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤放射治疗后所致ARP,疗效满意,副作用小,简便易行。

Rehabilitation new liquid joint Smecta mixture retention enema in the treatment of 30 cases of acute radiation proctitis

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of retention enema applying rehabilitation new liquid joint Smecta mixture to treat acute radiation proctitis due to pelvic malignancies after radiotherapy.Methods 30 patients with acute radiation proctitis due to pelvic malignancies after radiotherapy,seven cases of gradeⅠ,22 cases of gradeⅡ,1 case of grade Ⅲ,given rehabilitation new liquid 50 ml ＋ Smecta 3 g ＋ dexamethasone 5mg ＋ lidocaine 100 mg mixed retained enema,1 time per night,14 days of treatment,to evaluate efficacy of enema after the end of 1 week treatment.Results 30 cases of patients with ARP,after active therapeutic retention enema of one cycle（ 14d）,11 cases markedly effective,15 cases,with a total efficiency of 86.7%.Conclusion Rehabilitation new liquid joint Smecta mixture retention enema treatment of pelvic malignancies after radiotherapy induced acute radiation proctitis,the results were satisfactory,side effects,and simple.
