三峡地区育龄男性泌尿生殖系统健康与心理因素的相关性分析

目的:了解三峡地区育龄男性泌尿生殖系统健康现状及与其心理因素的相关性,为采取针对性干预措施提供科学依据。方法:2012年9月~2012年12月在夷陵地区按年龄分层随机抽取18~59岁育龄男性3 933人,使用统一结构式问卷进行心理调查,并由医院对研究对象泌尿生殖系统疾患做出诊断,分析泌尿系统症状与不良心理因素间的相关性。结果:研究对象泌尿生殖系统症状的阳性率为50.65%,与其紧张心理、工作和经济压力、自我健康评价相关(P0.001);前列腺增生的阳性率为18.28%,经济压力增大(OR=1.229,P0.001)、自我健康评价差(OR=1.089,P0.05)为前列腺增生的危险因素;前列腺炎的阳性率为14.59%,过度紧张心理(OR=1.167,P0.05)、经济压力增大(OR=1.103,P0.05)、自我健康评价差(OR=1.302,P0.001)为前列腺炎的危险因素。结论:三峡夷陵地区育龄男性生殖系统疾患发生率较高,心理因素如紧张焦虑心理、经济和工作压力及自我健康认知与其泌尿生殖健康存在相关性。

Effects of psychological factor on urogenital system health among childbearing-aged men in the three-gorges region

Objective： To explore the status of urogenital system disorders of childbearing--aged men and the effect of psychological factors, so as to provide a scientific basis for targeted intervention. Methods： A total of 3933 men aged 18 to 59 were randomly chosen according to age. A questionnaire survey was conducted and urogenital system disorders of the respondents were diagnosed with the related physical examination in the hospital. Results： The positive rate of u- rogenital system symptoms was 50.65 %, which was related to the psychological stress, work and economic pressures and self-heath awareness of the respondents （P〈0.001）. The incidence of prostatic hyperplasia was 18.28%, and the high economic pressure （OR = 1.229 ,P〈0.001） and the poor self-health awareness （OR = 1.089, P %0.05） were its risk factors. The positive incidence of prostatitis was 14.59%, the excessive anxiety （OR = 1.167,P〈0.05）, the high economic pressure （OR = 1.103, P〈0.05） and poor self-health awareness （OR = 1.302, P〈0,001） were risk factors of prostatitis. Conclusion, The prevalence of urogenital system disorders of childbearing-aged men in the three--gorges region is higher. Psychological factors such as excessive anxiety, high pressures and self-health awareness are related to the reproductive system disorders of childbearing-aged men.
