| 摘 要： | 目的 比较腋下移植与原位移植两种骨肉瘤荷瘤裸鼠模型制作方法在成瘤率、成瘤时间、瘤体生长变化,特别是肺部转移情况的差别.方法 将骨肉瘤细胞分别接种到裸鼠左侧腋下及裸鼠股骨髓腔.6周后处死裸鼠,肉眼及光镜下观察两组肿瘤的肺部转移情况,比较两组肿瘤肺部转移率及转移灶的不同特点.结果 与原位接种方式相比,腋下接种方式操作简单、成瘤快,肿瘤组织表面容易较早发生摩擦破损(P<0.05),肿瘤内部也较早发生缺血坏死现象(P<0.05).在相同接种时间下,腋下接种组裸鼠肺部肿瘤转移率低(P
